hahave

1. (n.) a fish, fully grown flyingfish (Cypselurus oligolepis, Cheilopogon spp.) edible often caught at night, the difference between a hahave and a māhave is that the hahave has a blunter snout; māhave is preferred as a bait fish for trawling because it is more streamlined and so keeps its shape; māhave have transparent wings with a different shade of colour; young and small flying fish are called hipa .
